Folks, as I have mentioned on numerous occassions, please, please, please consider receiving Communion on your tongue at the VERY least! Please stop the American practice of receiving in the hand. Some say they are embarrassed to make the change back because everyone else receives in the hand. Folks, this is the TRUE PRESENCE OF BODY OF CHRIST...is it really a matter of peer pressure?
